"CUBA TODAY" A popular referendum will show the acceptance or rejection of a Code of Families recently drafted… Millions of Cubans including 400 thousand young new voters will have the opportunity to say what they think… If it is passed by more than 50 percent this country will have one of the most progressive legislation in terms of family… All people will have the right to form a family, to have children, love will be the main way to determine who is closer as a family… It is a huge change, but of course, it will not be easy to implement… I talked to a young professor from the University of Havana to understand this better.
