I am Cristina Escobar and you are listening to Radio Havana Cuba… Cuban science is on the brink of a remarkable scientific achievement…Soberana 02 is about to be given to thousands of people…The 100 percent Cuban-made vaccine is being tested in a massive phase 3 trial… Although we are still waiting for the regulatory agency to give it an emergency greenlight, researchers and production centers are working long shifts to ensure a commitment of 100 million doses of Soberana 02 is reached, so that the entire Cuban population can be immunized before the end of 2021… This means that finally the fear of getting the disease, or spreading it around will be over, and our lives could go back to some sort of normality…
