The rotating presidency of the regional Caribbean organization was chaired by the Prime Minister of Barbados, Mia Amor Mottley, who handed over the leadership to Ralph Gonsalves last Friday, June 3rd, during an online meeting celebrating the 47th anniversary of CARICOM.
