EU representative expresses the bloc's firm rejection of Washington's Helms-Burton Law
The high representative of the European Union for foreign affairs and security policy Federica Mogherini, expressed the firm rejection of the full activation of the Helms Burton Law by the United States government against Cuba. Federica Mogherini, along with Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez offered statements to the press, at the end of the Second Cuba - European Union Council meeting held in Havana on Monday.
