One of the saddest pictures that the pandemic left us was the emptiness of the streets that were full of tourists before Covid 19… Old Havana used to be full of a colorful crowd of street vendors, pale tourists with hats following a guide, children running around pigeons, Cuban traditional music in the background…However, Covid 19 stopped the engine, and Havana streets, museums, restaurants, got empty, and the economic cost of that is still felt by many families… However, slowly, Cuba is welcoming back international travelers… To promote this country as a safe and attractive destination, and create joint ventures in the tourism sector, the International Tourism Fair was inaugurated in Varadero, the most important touristic spots in this Island, from which I wish I was recording this…...Hi, this is Cuba today.
