Miguel Diaz-Canel: None of the measures we are implementing are improvised

Cuban president Miguel Diaz Canel was on the prime time TV program, the Mesa Redonda, Thursday evening, the second time this week --the first being on Wednesday. Along with ministers from his cabinet, the Cuban president spoke about measures being taken to confront the current fuel shortages and difficulties related to the U.S. blockade of the island.
