EU commissioner for international cooperation says ties with Cuba have evolved to higher levels
European Union Commissioner for International Cooperation and Development Neven Mimika is here in Cuba. In statements to the press, the EU official noted that the EU continues to strongly oppose the extraterritorial application of unilateral Cuba-related measures, that he stressed contravene international law.
