Can you imagine that suddenly your smart phone stops working and shows a message saying that you are using it in a location not allowed by the company, and it is blocked, and you just can´t use it anymore, all your contacts, your data, your life is in there, and you just can´t access to it? Although this sounds like the plot of a movie, well, it is not, this happened in the last days to dozens of smart phones in Cuba, specifically those produced by the Chinese company Xiaomi, the biggest smart phone producer in the world… Why this happened?
