They talk about this day, May 25th, dedicated to the African continent. The Secretary General of the African National Congress (ANC) of South Africa -- Ace Magashule -- spoke at a recent conference on Cuba. He noted that the Cuban people are proud that their sons and daughters have fought together with African peoples against colonialism, neocolonialism and the end to the racist South African apartheid regime. Fernando Gonzalez, one of the Cuban Five and the President of the Cuban Institute of Friendship, ICAP, addresses Cuba, Africa and the Caribbean.
