Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel called for a "final blow" to COVID-19, after a decline in active cases of the virus in the country. "Now the most important thing is to cut transmission and that this leads us to a position of security to make new decisions regarding the behavior of the disease in the country," the president stressed this Saturday at the meeting of the working group created for the prevention and control of the pandemic on the island. In summarizing the national situation in the week that ends, the Cuban president said that the figures show how the country is reaching a moment of less complexity.
