Washington lies AGAIN: Cuba DID offer compensation for nationalized properties, but the US refused to negotiate

We continue bringing highlights of the UK-Cuba business forum, which held sessions Monday and Tuesday here in Havana, organized by the Cuba Initiative group. The forum attracted representatives of Cuban entities and executives from the British business sector, who are interested in investing in Cuba.
